Nicolas and Ayman built successful fresh produce programmes between Egypt and Europe over many years, developing a strong relationship based on mutual respect and confidence.

Nicolas and Valentin met in 2019 and quickly realized they shared the same entrepreneurial vision. After years of building deep agronomic expertise and international farming experience, Valentin was ready to turn that experience into his own production project.

Ahmed completed the team with a strong international background in corporate services, finance and business structuring, together with a long-standing ambition to invest in Egypt and contribute to one of its most important industries: agriculture.

At the right moment, everything aligned.

With more than 15 years of experience in Egyptian fresh produce, Ayman brings deep expertise in farming, sourcing and export management. His knowledge of Egypt’s agricultural ecosystem and international markets is central to Natural Kiss.

With more than 10 years of experience across fresh produce, ripening, packing and European retail supply chains, Nicolas connects production in Egypt with customers and markets across Europe and Eastern Europe.

Chief Operating Officer
An agro-engineer with extensive experience in licensed crops, berries and large-scale farming projects, Valentin brings strong field expertise and a clear focus on structured, scalable and market-driven production.
